1. Open the documentation request email
You'll receive an email notification from Alignment AI letting you know that an organization has requested documentation for your AI product. Open the email to get started.
2. Click Register AI Product from Email
Select the "Register AI Product" button in the email to open the documentation request form.
3. Review the form
The link takes you to a secure external page — no login or account setup needed. Some fields are read-only and are completed by the requesting organization's internal team; you only need to fill in the editable fields.
4. Expand or collapse sections as needed
Use the section headers to collapse completed sections and keep your place as you work through the form.
5. Submit AI Product Registration
Fill out every required editable field with accurate information about your AI product.
Once all mandatory fields are complete, click "Register AI Product" to submit.
6. Confirm AI Product Registration
Click "Register AI Product" again to confirm and finalize the registration process.

Do I need an ALIGNMT AI account to complete the request?
No. You can access and complete the documentation request directly from the link in your email. No ALIGNMT AI account or login is required.
Why can’t I edit some fields in the form?
Some fields are completed by the requesting organization and are read-only. You only need to complete the fields that are editable and assigned to you.
Do I need to complete every field before submitting?
Yes. You must complete all editable fields marked as mandatory before submitting. Read-only fields are managed by the requesting organization and do not require action from you.
What happens after I submit the documentation request?
Your responses are sent to the requesting organization’s point of contact for review. Once approved, the AI product will continue through the organization’s AI Governance review process.
How will I know when my submission has been reviewed?
You will hear back from your requesting organization’s point of contact if any questions are pending but a review confirmation might not be distributed.
What happens next: Your submission goes to the requesting organization's product owner for review. They'll approve the submission in the ALIGNMT AI platform, after which your product moves forward in their compliance review process. You will receive an email notification when the submission review is completed.
